Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday asked the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) presidents of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur to resign. This comes just days after the party suffered crushing defeats in the assembly polls held in the five states.
