Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath sprang a few surprises while allocating portfolios to his ministers on Monday, taking away the important public works department from deputy CM Keshav Maurya, and giving the middleweight medical-health and medical education departments to the other deputy, Brajesh Pathak. According to the portfolio list released by Raj Bhavan late Monday evening, Yogi has kept 34 departments, including home.
