Poll strategist Prashant Kishor on Tuesday declined Congress's "generous offer" to join the party as a part of the empowered action group formed by Sonia Gandhi."I declined the generous offer of #congress to join the party as part of the EAG & take responsibility for the elections," Kishor said on Twitter, ending days of speculation about his entry into the grand old party.
