High drama unfolded on Friday as the police forces of Punjab, Haryana and Delhi got embroiled in a tug of war following the arrest of Delhi BJP spokesperson Tajinder Bagga.The tussle began when a team of Punjab Police arrested the BJP leader from his Delhi residence. The Delhi Police said they were not informed of Bagga's arrest and lodged a kidnapping case against the Punjab cops. The Punjab Police team was then halted in Haryana by the local police, who handed over Bagga to Delhi cops.
